Job Requirements
- Communication Skills including Chatting, Writing, and Voice with good grammar.
- Ability to MULTITASK.
- Ability to quickly devise solutions to problems they are presented with within a Fast‑Paced Setting.
- Ability to Quickly Navigate Tools like SHOPIFY, GORGIAS, ASANA, CIN7, etc.
- Great English and typing skills.
- Understand the sense of urgency in a web chat environment.
- 9am - 5pm AEST Weekdays. No graveyard shift

- ISP of 20MBPs Upload & Download Required
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via e‑mail and/or phone, ensuring designated quality and productivity standards.
- Being responsible for resolving issues or complaints end to end as they arise such as damage in transit, quality complaints, and delays in shipping.
- Performing the following related tasks: processing manual credit card and bank payments, booking customer pick up, credit card and direct bank refunds, store credits, item returns, item replacement, or item swap.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and correct manner.
- Proving customer live chat support during weekdays.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
