Key Senior Executive Finance opportunity Goulburn Valley | Accommodation provided FTE salary $180K plus super | 3-month interim assignment The Organisation Our client is a premier, not-for-profit aged care and retirement service provider in regional Victoria. Spanning multiple sites, it offers independent living, in-home support, and residential care. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO and managing a small team, this pivotal executive role is responsible for overseeing the finance function, providing critical strategic financial leadership, and driving business performance to support organisational growth. This is a rare interim opportunity to lead an integral function while contributing to the delivery of quality services. The successful candidate would be welcome to apply for the permanent position, in due course. Key Requirements: CPA or CA certification is essential. Solid experience dealing with Boards and Board committees Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management of annual budgets (Operating, Capital, and Cashflow). Mandatory experience with statutory reporting and financial compliance, including preparation and presentation of annual accounts and lodgement of Quarterly Financial Reports (QFR) and Aged Care Financial Reports (ACFR). Demonstrated ability to establish robust internal controls, oversee financial systems, and manage risk, liquidity, and investment strategies. Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with experience developing and implementing policies and overseeing an internal audit program.
