Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers through a unique chocolate experience.
* Delegate, coach and lead employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration.
* Assist with roster and budget management.
* Lead from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation.
* Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
* Assist in developing and leading the team to future successes.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
* Previous barista experience desirable.
* Ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty.
* Strong time‐management skills and ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
* Strong rapport‐building abilities to help lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors.
