Compliance Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to maintain the integrity, governance framework and regulatory compliance of our company.
* Australia Financial Services Licence Responsible Manager: Ensure business complies with licensing conditions, obligations under Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act and ASIC regulations.
* Continuous Regulatory Oversight: Monitor, review and approve client communication, marketing materials and disclosure documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Governance Maintenance: Maintain and update the company's Governance Plan, Breach Register and Conflicts of Interest Register.
* Reporting: Provide formal compliance reports to senior management on a regular basis, detailing key compliance metrics, identified risks and necessary remediation actions.
