Burton Demolition is a well‐established and respected demolition contractor servicing commercial, industrial and government clients across South Australia. As our footprint continues to grow, we're seeking either an experienced Estimator or a Graduate Project Manager / Construction Graduate who wants to build a long‐term career in estimating and project delivery.
This role offers genuine autonomy, technical variety and the chance to contribute to the commercial success of a growing business.
About the Role
* Preparing estimates, quotes and tenders for demolition and associated works
* Interpreting drawings, scopes and specifications for commercial and residential projects
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
* Preparing job briefs and supporting project handover
* Ensuring quotes and tenders are delivered within required timeframes
* Applying construction and building code knowledge to ensure compliance
* Supporting continuous improvement in pricing accuracy and competitiveness
What You Will Bring
* Background in demolition, civil, construction or commercial projects
* Strong ability to read plans, prepare tenders and manage scopes
* High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
Graduates / Junior Project Managers
* Degree or diploma in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering or similar
* Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn estimating

* Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office, databases, estimating tools)
