My client is a leadingfunds management organisation, seeking a Client Services Advisor to join itsgrowing team. Based in Subiaco, this business specialises in deliveringexceptional service to investors while maintaining solid compliance standards.
Your new role
You will play a keyrole in delivering exceptional investor experiences while ensuring regulatoryrequirements are met. From onboarding new clients to maintaining AML recordsand supporting investor reporting, you will be integral to the team’s success.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing investoronboarding and application processing
- Ensuring AML and compliance obligations are met
- Maintaining CRMsystems and accurate investor data
- Preparing investor reports and assisting with monthly distributions
- Coordinating investorevents and providing reception support
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in clientservices within funds management or financial services
- Knowledge of AMLregulations
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
