As the **Coffee Expert **you will report directly to your line manager as well as to our Learning & Development team who will work with you to ensure the accuracy of your training.
**As a Coffee Expert your responsibilities will include:
- Introducing and educating new customers to the Nespresso brand
- Preparing and delivering coffee training in conjunction with the L&D; Team
- Facilitating coffee training for new starters as directed by the Boutique Manager
- Facilitating the Nespresso Golden Capsule contest for your team
- Being the reference for coffee expertise within your Boutique
**As our current Coffee Expert
**Will have proven experience in customer service/facilitation within the hospitality or retail industry. You will be part of the Oceania Coffee Community committed to inspiring people to think about what’s in their cup. You will demonstrate a passion for developing others, have a comprehensive knowledge of the coffee and be able to commit to the role with aspirations to develop further within the company.
