We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator / Site Administrator to support the successful delivery of major civil construction works. This role provides essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support across planning, logistics, cost control, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update daily and weekly work plans to support site operations. Coordinate truck and plant logistics, including deliveries, inductions, and hire records. Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting, including processing invoices and subcontractor claims. Support compliance with WHS requirements. Assist with document control, project correspondence, and authority submissions. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow. Support the project team with quality, reporting, and general administrative tasks. About You Driving license and access to your own vehicle to travel to site (ideally). Start time 7am Experience in project or site administration, or logistics within construction, infrastructure, or a similar industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and project systems Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
