The Role & What You'll Do
We are hiring sales associates who connect with customers, understand their needs, and ensure seamless sales interactions. Your responsibilities include:
* Welcome walk‐in customers and deliver a premium showroom experience
* Lead high‐quality pre‐booked test drives and vehicle handovers
* Match buyers with the appropriate car from our 400+ inventory
* Upsell add‐ons such as finance, extended warranties, dashcam and accessories
* Follow up with leads to build trust and close more deals
* Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and top‐notch delivery experiences
* Collect customer reviews and maintain high satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with back‐end teams to focus on selling
Job Details
* Full‐time: 5 days per week (including Saturday)
* Part‐time: 2–3 days per week (must include Saturday)
* Casual: 3–5 days per week (including Saturday)

Requirements & Qualifications
* Solid sales experience; automotive sales a bonus but not required. Retail, finance, tech or hospitality experience highly valued.
* Strong communication, persuasion and follow‐up skills
* Confidence in a rapid‐paced, target‐driven environment
* Friendly, polished, customer‐first appearance
* Availability on weekends
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Full working rights in Australia
Pay, Perks and Benefits
* Base salary up to AU$60,000 plus 12% super (based on experience)
* On‐target earnings: AU$100,000 for average performers; AU$120,000–AU$130,000 for strong performers
* Top performers can earn up to AU$6,000 per month in commission. Unlimited earning potential
* Phone allowance AU$60 per month
