We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our training team, manage its implementation and measure its impact. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of leading by example.
The Training Manager role is an essential role in our organisation. The role directly supports the trainers and assessors and works with stakeholders to ensure that the training developed and delivered by Aspire to Succeed staff is of high quality, meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the business.
The leadership competencies needed in this role include team development, integrity, people management, change management and business acumen.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
* Evaluating individual and organisational performance to ensure training is meeting student needs and improving performance
* Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders
* Developing and delivering training solutions that meet compliance and ensure quality
* Optimizing training processes for efficiency
* Selecting and managing resources, to develop and deliver training
Requirements:
* Knowledge of learning and development best practices
* A proven track record of training program development and management
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* At minimum a Diploma in Training and Assessment and an extensive training background
