As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll play a vital role in strengthening clinical capability and supporting safe, high-quality care for patients across Darling Downs Health. From guiding nurses at the bedside to building team confidence and capability, you'll work closely with leaders and educators to create a positive, evidence-based practice environment.

* Building a strong learning culture by facilitating education, competency development and reflective practice

* Driving quality and safety by identifying risks, supporting audits and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate Australian authority
* Strong clinical experience with advanced judgement, problem‐solving and evidence‐based practice
* Proven ability to coach, mentor and assess staff in a clinical environment
* Confidence working collaboratively and leading within multidisciplinary teams
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to your specialty and/or training in workplace education and assessment.
