The role of a Senior Educator at Goodstart Deeragun is a vital one, as it enables you to take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.
This position requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a current QLD Blue card. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
* Lead a team of Educators in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Blue card
