About the Role
All‐Rounder / Caretaker – responsible for maintaining the park and facilities, providing housekeeping, guest services, and reception support, and undertaking overnight on‐call duties. This casual role requires availability during weekends, peak holiday periods, and overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
* Clean and service rooms to prepare for guests.
* Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and amenities to high standards.
* Handle enquiries, bookings, reservations and face‐to‐face interactions with customers courteously.
* Provide front‐office reception support, including guest check‐ins, check‐outs and general enquiries.
* Undertake overnight on‐call responsibilities.
* Support other departments as required.
What You'll Bring
* Experience or the ability to quickly master booking systems – New Book an advantage.
* Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation services or reception/customer service roles.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and residents.
* Team‐player attitude and willingness to help in different departments.
* Ability to be onsite or readily available for overnight on‐call duties.
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using booking systems and office software.
