We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Administration Assistant to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in supporting contractor compliance, service delivery coordination, and day‐to‐day administrative operations across the ANU contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes that support our essential services and client experience.

What You'll Do
* Supporting contractor management activities, including onboarding, compliance checks and maintaining records within the contractor management system.
* Raising purchase orders, receipting goods and services, and assisting with invoice validation and finance administration.
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining organised administrative systems.
* Working collaboratively with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth, compliant and timely service delivery outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* Strong administration experience with the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines.
* A customer‐facing mindset with clear, confident and professional communication skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
* Experience in facilities management or subcontractor environments is highly regarded, though transferable skills are welcome.
* A positive, adaptable team player who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
