Our client is seeking two talented and experienced IT Support Analysts to join the existing dynamic team. As a mid-level IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users across our organization. You will also be responsible for being a part of any projects and security uplifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Ensure that all support tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or support
- Working in a cloud environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Azure, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
