About the role: As part of a national pracitice, this team is led by a young, approachable Partner who is highly regarded in Australia and will see you: advising and assisting on due diligence for government, infrastructure and energy clients on projects across the east coast; assisting in court proceedings in the Federal Court; advising on regulatory compliance regarding native title/cultural heritage; and negotiation of ILUA and cultural heritage agreements. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: a genuine interest in native title and major projects work; 2-5 years' post admission in native title, planning & environment or energy/resources law; academics above a 5.0 GPA from your LLB; and the confidence to be given a good deal of autonomy while also working closely in a team on large projects.
