About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced In Store Bakery (IBS) Manager to join our Spudshed located in Bunbury, WA.
As a ISB Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment and have great leadership skills to coach and develop a new team.
To be successful will take hard work, early morning starts and late-night finishes and you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Responsibilities:
* Production planning to ensure optimal efficiency of Production Bakery
* Implement and monitor quality control measures for consistency
* Inventory control
* Lead the team to meet high standards required
* Adhere to set budgets on COGS
* OH&S and Food Safety Standards monitoring and correcting, if necessary
* Ad Hoc duties as required
