The Practice Manager is a senior administrative and operational leader responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the financial planning practice.
This role supports the business owner(s) and advisers by managing operations, compliance, people, and processes, allowing advisers to focus on client relationships and strategic growth.
The Practice Manager acts as the "integrator" who translates the firm's vision into efficient execution.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with ASIC and industry regulations.
Lead and develop the administration and paraplanning staff.
Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and assist with budgeting.
Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions.
Resolve escalated client queries and maintain service excellence.
About You
Experienced in financial services or professional practice management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial planning.
Experience with Xplan or financial planning software systems is an advantage
