Leverage networks, social platforms, and industry events to attract candidates with strong client-service experience.
Qualifying & Interviewing Candidates
Conduct screening interviews to evaluate consultative skills, sales mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for growth.
Highlight transferable competencies such as relationship management, problem-solving, resilience, and tech savvy.
Skill Mapping & Evaluation
Identify and translate previous roles into attributes that suit digital marketing, coaching, and educational environments.
Assign assessments, case simulations, or practical tasks to better understand each candidate's potential.
Streamlined Pipeline Coordination
Manage candidates through recruitment stages, ensuring timely updates, guided communication, and positive candidate experiences.
Collaborative Role Design
Partner with leadership to refine ideal candidate profiles and align hiring strategies with growth objectives.
Employer Brand Advocacy
Amplify our organization's mission and remote-first values across industry communities and online channels.

Required Skills & Experience
At least 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting with a track record of hiring across diverse industries.
