Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to deliver our Workforce Management transformation. This strategic initiative will reshape how we manage people, payroll, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of a business-critical project across WFM, Payroll, and HCM systems.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
* Ensure delivery excellence by applying agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale technology projects, including WFM, Payroll, and HCM domains.
* Strong understanding of Workforce Management systems (preferably UKG) and Payroll/HCM platforms (preferably Oracle Fusion).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Expertise in project governance, vendor management, and navigating organisational landscapes.
* Familiarity with agile delivery, change management, and enterprise transformation best practices.
