The role is a SPMT Superintendent on the night shift at the Project Ceres urea plant in Karratha, WA, on a 19:9 rotation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution and supervision of cranes, rigging and SPMT activities.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
* Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to Karratha.
* Ability to work on night shift.
* Proven experience in cranes, rigging and SPMT supervision.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* In‐depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols and industry standards.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
* 10+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
