Working within a close‐knit broking team, you'll support experienced Account Managers and Senior Brokers who bring decades of industry expertise. What will you be doing?
* Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers and Brokers.
* Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and client servicing activities.
* Prepare documentation, reports and insurance correspondence.
* Liaise with insurers, underwriters and clients regarding policy matters.
* Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
* Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service outcomes.
What do you need?
* Previous experience within insurance broking, underwriting or a related insurance role.
* Understanding of general insurance products and processes.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Motivation to learn, develop and build a long‐term career in insurance.
