Our client is a long‑standing commercial and industrial property specialist, known for their professionalism, deep market knowledge, and personalized service. With over 100 years of combined experience, they are proud to represent one of Melbourne’s key commercial hubs. They are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager with at least 12 months’ experience in commercial to step into a portfolio of approximately 160 commercial and industrial properties. If you’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage lease obligations (inductions, renewals, terminations, expiries)
- Prepare annual budgets, outgoings, reconciliations, and forecasts
- Maintain accurate rental files, notes, and documentation
- Manage arrears and rent collection
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Provide weekly reporting to senior management

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of property management experience in commercial
- Ability to manage a diverse property portfolio
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including high‑net‑worth clients
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Experience with GOAT or similar software (training provided)
- Current Police Check and REIV membership
- Must currently reside in Australia with unrestricted working rights
