They are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager with at least 12 months’ experience in commercial to step into a portfolio of approximately 160 commercial and industrial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease obligations (inductions, renewals, terminations, expiries)
- Prepare annual budgets, outgoings, reconciliations, and forecasts
- Maintain accurate rental files, notes, and documentation
- Manage arrears and rent collection
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Provide weekly reporting to senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience in commercial
- Ability to manage a diverse property portfolio
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including high‑net‑worth clients
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Experience with GOAT or similar software (training provided)
- Current Police Check and REIV membership
- Must currently reside in Australia with unrestricted working rights
