We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our store in Wollongong to the next level. Our business is a destination for locals and tourists, with a large footprint and diverse product mix. In this dynamic, high‑traffic location you will collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire the team, deliver excellent service, and keep operations seamless, building your leadership skills.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to manage operations, sales, and customer experience.

* Previous experience in a medium‑to‑large retail environment.
