Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a reputable business, delivering commercial and estimating duties across groundworks and civil engineering projects.
In this role you will:
* Procure and manage subcontractors, and manage contract variations.
* Prepare and submit monthly valuations.
* Forecast and control costs.
* Measure, prepare, appraise and submit tenders.
Salary/Package: Circa £75,000 per annum.
Requirements / Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role.
* Proven track record within groundworks and civil engineering.
* Experience managing subcontractors and contract variations.
* Experience preparing valuations and tenders.
* Strong commercial and cost control awareness.
