About Us headspace Esperance is part of HOPE Community Services, a trusted provider also delivering the Goldfields Community Alcohol & Drug Service locally.
We are:
A team of psychologists, social workers, youth workers, and a mental health nurse
The only youth-focused mental health service in the region
Committed to supporting young people through counselling, outreach, group programs, and more
About the Role As Clinical Lead, you will be the driving force behind clinical excellence at the centre.
You will:
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team
Lead reflective practice, case reviews, and performance development
Ensure services align with the headspace model and quality standards
Champion safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
Drive continuous improvement and strong clinical governance
What We’re Looking For
A recognised qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Mental Health Nursing and current registration
Proven experience leading teams and providing clinical supervision
Strong skills in assessment and evidence-based interventions
A commitment to supporting young people, including First Nations communities
A passion for quality care, governance, and continuous improvement
