Overview
RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced client‐side Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to join our growing team in Alice Springs. The role focuses on the Mutitjulu Essential Services and Renewables Project in Mutitjulu, NT. The position is full‐time permanent, with a drive‐in drive‐out model and a rotating Monday‐to‐Friday roster.

Qualifications
* 10+ years of recent construction project experience (client‐side experience desirable for the SPM role) or 5+ years for the PM role.
* Professional qualifications in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management or similar.
* Civil engineering experience with power distribution, sewer, water infrastructure and/or solar installations and Battery Energy Storage Systems highly desirable.
* Strong experience managing construction contracts and contract administration; contractor contract experience highly desirable.
* Strong client and stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Excellent written and spoken communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project desirable.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Completed construction site health and safety course.
* AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent (viewed favourably).
