Senior Site Engineering Role
A prominent construction company is seeking a skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead their site team on a luxury unit project in the heart of Burleigh Heads.
This is a build-focused engineering position that requires strong coordination and management skills, as well as expertise in design management, QA, and health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
* Lead design management and coordination from structures and piling through to finishes
* Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
* Provide expert QA services, promoting high levels of health and safety across the site
* Collaborate with architects and consultants to deliver exceptional results
* Track and forecast construction progress, identifying areas for improvement
* Manage building certification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a site or engineering/project coordination capacity
* Relevant degree in Construction Management or Engineering
* Strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects in Australia
* Experience working with top-tier construction companies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
