John Paul College is inviting Primary School educators to register their expression of interest for 2027. Working as a Primary Teacher at JPC
We welcome expressions of interest from Primary educators across all year levels and learning areas, including:
* Classroom teachers across Prep to Year 6
* IB PYP-trained or IB-ready educators

About You
To be successful at JPC, you will bring:
* Current QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain prior to commencement)
* Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, student‐centred teaching practice
* A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a values‐led community
* IB PYP training or a willingness to engage with and develop PYP knowledge and practice
* A commitment to child safety, wellbeing and the College's values and community expectations
What We Offer
JPC benchmarks teacher salaries above Education Queensland rates, including a 4% premium and automatic Senior Teacher progression at nine years with no attestation required. Salaries shown are indicative based on rates from 1 July 2026:
