Job Description Maintain accurate inventory records and data within the warehouse management system.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline inventory processes.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Generate and analyse inventory reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise stock levels.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
The Successful Applicant A successful Inventory Controller should have: Previous experience in inventory control or a related role within an FMCG environment.
Holder of a valid forklift licence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software such as JAIX WMN and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
