Customer Care Role

This role involves engaging with customers through various channels, answering inquiries, and providing product information. You will also schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists, guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or allied health environments
* Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management)
* Attention to detail, solid administrative background, collaborative spirit, positive team-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently when needed
