Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our property management portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for securing new landlord clients, converting leads into signed management agreements, and establishing long-term relationships within the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Actively seek new property management clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and social media engagement.
* Build relationships with prospective landlords, deliver rental appraisals and presentations, and secure new management agreements.
* Develop, nurture, and track a strong lead pipeline using follow-ups, targeted campaigns, and CRM/database systems.
* Partner with Sales Agents to convert investor buyers and attend open homes and auctions to identify potential landlord clients.
* Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including compliance checks, financial setup, and property readiness.
* Conduct initial inspections, recommend improvements, and coordinate advertising to attract tenants.
* Manage listings, conduct viewings, handle enquiries and applications, and support tenancy sign-ups to ensure fast and effective leasing.
* Track lead sources, conversion rates, and rent roll growth, providing regular reports and insights to the Branch Manager and team.
