Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Cavan, SA 5094
Pay Rate: $32-$33/hour
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm

Key Duties:
* Process component orders with accurate data entry
* Ensure same-day order turnaround
* Manage customer calls and emails
* Maintain accurate records
* Escalate urgent orders as needed
What You'll Need:
* Customer service and/or administration experience
* Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
* Confident phone and email communication
* Full working rights, with no restrictions.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Knowledge of customer-specific product processes (advantageous)
