The Opportunity
As an Injury Management Advisor, you'll support claims teams across Workers' Compensation by providing expert advice on treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies.
You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant decision-making while helping drive better outcomes for customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide injury management guidance and interpret medical reports
* Recommend appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans
* Support claims strategy and decision-making
* Engage with stakeholders (providers, claimants, employers)
* Review claims costs and identify improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with legislation and internal frameworks
* Coach and support claims teams to build capability
What You'll Bring
* Allied Health degree (mandatory)
* Experience in injury management, rehab, or claims (Workers Comp highly regarded)
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
