ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Bedford Park we have an chance for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join an inclusive and diverse team supporting customers experiencing financial hardship. This role will suit people who are passionate about helping people!
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Assisting customers who are going through financial distress and providing options and solutions
Handling all customer queries with compassion and empathy
Demonstrating resilience when having difficult conversations with customers
Assisting customers back to financial health and stability
Monitoring and managing identity fraud and fraud trends to mitigate losses to the bank
Reporting fraudulent customers
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Proven success in a customer service and/or call centre role
Collections experience will be desirable
Experience in handling sensitive customer matters
High levels of empathy and resilience
Ability to work various shifts 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
