As a PR Coordinator at SHA PR, you are the backbone of our team. Your primary role is to provide essential support to the senior team, ensuring our clients receive the world-class service we're known for.
Your key responsibility at the agency is to provide client support to the senior team, client support means tasks like client reporting, EOW emails, influencer and press mailers, WIP agendas and minutes, stock management, research and general office support (like keeping the agency database up to date, preparing the meeting room for meetings, keeping your clients press stock neat and tidy).
Our aim with our junior team at SHA is to support you to grow and learn, so your skillset can develop and you can move up within the agency and take on more responsibility - even your own accounts.
To be successful as a PR Coordinator at SHA PR you should:
* Be punctual and prepared
* Bring insights and learnings to meetings
* Go over and above for clients and the agency
* Have strong attention to detail
* Have excellent internal comms with the SHA team and your clients
* Have energy and enthusiasm
* Complete all tasks to deadline
The ideal candidate will have completed a relevant internship, be currently studying PR (or recently graduated), and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in public relations.
