Clinical Nurse Manager - Mental Health After Hours
Position: Permanent full-time/part-time appointment, 2.0 FTE available.
Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership, standard setting, policy development, and change management within the mental health service; mentor staff; ensure effective capacity and access for out-of-hours service; contribute to the advancement of the profession and model best practice.
Qualifications: Valid registered nursing licence; experience in mental health nursing; knowledge of inpatient program management; ability to develop policies and lead change initiatives; proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
