About the Business

Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity to join us as an Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate must be willing to be based in Brunswick in South West Western Australia.

Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA's pristine Southwest region. All our Brownes Dairy products are made in WA. Our CEO is from WA too. The Role

As an Assistant Site Manager based in Brunswick, you will work in partnership with the Site Manager on incoming milk quality, licensing requirements and supporting all aspects of on farm engagement.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Day to Day will see you reviewing incoming milk from farm, working closely with our milk transport company to ensure our receivals meet quality requirements that see us continue to provide the state with the very best product. You will build strong and important relationships with our farmer partners and support them with any challenges as needed.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will also play a key part in overseeing site operations through managing leave coverage, promotion of excellence in safe working throughout site and you will make Brunswick the best it can be through identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of being able to positively influence workplace culture
* Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment
* Experience in Dairy will be highly regarded but is not essential
