Business Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. This role involves providing strategic support to our Delivery Station Operations teams, enabling them to achieve their goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. They will be responsible for delivering a holistic HR service, acting as a consultant or bridge between Management and frontline team members, and implementing initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a world-class HR service to growing teams.
* Act as a consultant or bridge between Management and frontline team members.
* Implement initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications.
* Gather data from appropriate sources proactively.
* Conduct in-depth root cause analysis.
* Reference long-term plans and goals consistently.
* Follow up with decisive and confident action.
* Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with works councils.
* Coach and mentor leaders across Sydney Delivery Station teams.
* Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Delivery Station teams and Amazon's Finance and Payroll departments.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
* Knowledge of local labor law.
* Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
* Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
* Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
* Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250–500 or more associates.
* Experience managing and leading employees.
