We're seeking an experienced Head of Compliance & Performance to lead operational excellence, drive quality assurance, and strengthen compliance frameworks across a growing insurance and property restoration business.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving claim outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing client and insurer relationships.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee auditing, performance reporting, operational compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across claims, repairs, investigations, and restoration services.
Key Responsibilities Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Lead compliance frameworks across insurance claims and building operations.
* Conduct audits across claims, repairs, invoicing, and operational processes.
* Ensure adherence to insurer requirements, industry regulations, and internal standards.
* Identify risks, non-conformances, and improvement opportunities.
Performance & Operational Reporting
* Analyse operational KPIs, client scorecards, and performance metrics.
* Develop reporting dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
* Monitor contractor, supplier, and internal team performance.
Insurance Client & Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with insurers, assessors, and key stakeholders.
* Act as a key escalation point for compliance and service delivery matters.
* Drive improvements aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Continuous Improvement
* Implement operational improvement initiatives across claims and restoration functions.
* Improve workflow efficiencies, quality outcomes, and customer experience.
* Support business-wide process optimisation and best practice initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
* Mentor and lead operational and compliance-focused teams.
* Promote accountability, performance, and continuous development.

About You
* Proven experience within the insurance building, insurance repairs, restoration, or claims industry.
* Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, claims processes, and operational performance.
* Experience working with insurers, assessors, and regulated service environments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting capability.
* Strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to drive accountability and operational excellence across multiple business units.
