The Role
You'll be based out of the Milestones Early Learning Bathurst centre, providing mentoring and support to Papilio Early Learning Bathurst also. You will love the challenge of leading a team of educators as well as supporting the Senior Operations team!
Provide leadership and operational direction to an Affinity Education Group operated centre and in provide support when needed to our wonderful Area Manager and fellow services when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager wanting to join a rapidly growing company looking for the next step in your career.
In addition to a dedicated Operations team, you’ll be fully supported by a national team including Quality, Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions - just to name a few.
About you
* Able to work full-time, Mon-Fri (monthly RDO negotiable)
* A natural leader, committed to realising the potential of others
* Driven to provide exceptional quality while delivering financial results which ensure our centre can operate sustainably
* Loves building long-lasting connections with your local community, families and the children in your care
* Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
* Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Will lead centre to Meet and Exceed National Quality Standards
You have
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience leading a large service or area
* Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
* A current Working with Children’s Check
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
