About the Job:
* We're looking for Customer Service superstars ready to hit the ground running in a temp role with the potential to extend up to 6 months and possibly beyond.
* This is an immediate start, and we're looking for people who can handle volume, stay calm under pressure and genuinely care about solving problems.
* Think building relationships, running thorough investigations into customer issues and helping customers feel heard, understood, and supported.
* If you've worked in a call centre before, especially with escalations, complaints, or complex cases, you'll be right at home here A background in automotive, insurance or banking is a bonus but not essential.
About You:
* Previous experience within a Customer Service environment, preferred Call Centre but not essential
* A genuine, humble approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Great communication skills verbal and written
