Senior Residential Care Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our care team.
About the Role
* Responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care while working closely with family members and other healthcare professionals.
* Promote a positive learning environment to enhance the capabilities of our carers and nurses.
* Oversee clinical governance, monitor resources, and develop effective clinical care programs.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within an aged care facility.
* Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
* Experience in managing people and teams, with a background in clinical management in aged care preferred.
