Job Title: Technical Training Manager - Tax
This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and experienced technical training professional to join our diverse tax team. The position involves overseeing, managing, and participating in the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training to our tax team nationally.
* Collaborate with senior leaders across various service lines, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs by level and market.
* Manage national technical training schedules and learning budgets ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders providing regular updates on expense tracking.
The successful candidate will also oversee, manage, and produce appropriate tax technical materials (internal and client-facing) to ensure we remain a tax technical thought leader.
This role would suit an individual from a Chartered Accounting background with comparable technical and training experience who is looking for a rewarding career development pathway away from client-facing work in which they can leverage their interest and experience in the Learning and Development space.
Key responsibilities include:
