About The Role

* Engage in debt recovery from third parties in a respectful manner, ensuring quality service to customers.
* Exceed customer expectations with consistent positive experiences that build loyalty.
* Determine liability, negotiate debt repayment outcomes, and maximise financial benefit for AAL.
* Respond promptly to customer needs, process recovery claims accurately, and adhere to phone standards.
* Understand and adhere to Financial Hardship requirements, including dealing with Customers Experiencing Vulnerability.


About You

* Experience in claims management within a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.
* Effective planning, prioritisation, and task organisation skills to manage competing demands and resources.
* High attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate completion of tasks, with a quick ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in information.
* Proficiency in technical aspects including systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at negotiation, and capable of balancing empathy and compassion with achieving optimal commercial outcomes.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
