IT Project Manager - Device Rollout Project
Milestone IT is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‐scale device deployment initiative. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful rollout of devices across clinical and operational environments, with minimal disruption to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of device deployment projects across multiple sites
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
* Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders
* Ensure deployments align with healthcare regulations, standards, and security requirements
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Oversee vendors and third‐party providers involved in deployment
* Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
* Drive continuous improvement and best practices in deployment processes
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering device deployment or rollout projects
* Previous experience working within healthcare environments (hospital, aged care, or clinical settings)
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows and sensitivity to patient‐facing environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‐site projects
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong risk management and problem‐solving capabilities
* Experience working with cross‐functional technical teams
Desirable Qualifications
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
* Experience with healthcare IT systems or infrastructure projects
* Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to healthcare
