Job Description:
Nurse Next Door is a premium home care service provider that enables people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible. We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management.
Our compassionate nurses deliver care following the client's care plan, ensuring support is always available when it is needed most. Visits may be scheduled in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Registration
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
* Diabetes management skills
* Leadership experience an advantage
* Community nursing experience beneficial
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Valid Driver's License
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
