Techforce Personnel have partnered with an Award-winning boutique design and construction company to recruit a Project Administrator.
You are:
The position will include undertaking various administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the Director and Business Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with coordinating recent build projects from initial deposit through to planning stages
- Present designs, quotes & planning documentation to clients, as required
- Develop effective relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
- Client contact and database management as jobs progress
You will have:
- Experience in a similar position within residential construction, ideally building/project coordination and planning
- Proficient computer skills and high level of customer service
- Technical knowledge of the build process
