Overview
We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore firm in Cayman, who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Our client, a very highly regarded outfit in the Caribbean, has a strong International presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role would suit someone who is looking to progress further in their career and be involved in high value, multi-jurisdictional Corporate work spanning a breadth of M&A, VC and Corporate Finance.
Ideal candidate
* 3-5PQE
* Experience across General Corporate Law including VC, Corporate Finance, M&A etc
* Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
* Excellent academics
* Experience from a leading law firm
* Strong desire to live in Cayman
