Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (HVACR) – Diagnostic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled, honest, and reliable Refrigeration Mechanic to join our versatile team. We aren't just looking for a parts changer; we need a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills who takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service.

Lead the charge on diagnostics: Use your fault-finding skills to troubleshoot complex breakdown issues across commercial and domestic HVACR systems.
Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted face of the business, communicating clearly with clients and providing honest advice.
Diverse Work: Carry out installations and maintenance while gaining exposure to electrical, solar, and security systems.
Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to our apprentices
Compliance: Maintain accurate service records and strictly adhere to OH&S and industry regulations.
About you
Qualified: Fully or almost qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with a current ARCtick license and White Card.
Stand out: You have an exceptional ability to diagnose faults that others miss.
Communicator: You have strong customer service skills and can explain technical issues in plain English.
Character: You are honest, reliable, self-motivated, and possess a strong team-oriented attitude.
Valid NSW Driver's License.
